I skimmed the Pitt Street reports and found this:
Based on industry standards, the royalty percentage on the customer’s revenue could be anywhere between 1.5% and 3%, depending on the type of product, volumes etc.
... which makes my 4% guess look optimistic. Otherwise, there isn't much numerical justification for their $9.56-per-share valuation except for a comparison to eMemory. So I looked at eMemory and their full-year revenues are only US$3M! So crazy PEs seem to be the order of the day
