FinFET technology, that is the key term I used to lookup after CH mentioned in his last Meet with CEO. 16/12 can not be a number plucked from thin air, there are other node in their teens, not just one PPP so many PPP has refered 16/12 nm but this is the first time he mentioed Fin FET.
