He gives a link to his slides, and the emerging automotive application for ReRAM appears to be very much in their sights. Note that the whole presentation is called "ReRAM: The Automotive NVM Solution".

gives even more technical details on the automotive application
I recalls some previous posts on HC suggesting GM (via GF) as a possible interested party, but I'm wondering if other car makers as customers of DBH might be in the mix now also ?
