Its a classic case of Perception vs Reality.
GF haven't rejected WBT yet - Coby can say that, but they are not interested in it.
Its like a guy asking a girl out and she says "lets be friends" and they think "Ok i'll be friends for a while and try and get her friends to think i'd make an excellent partner and eventually she will change her mind".
Meanwhile she has her own partner and a German boyfriend on the side already.
But she never flat out rejected the guy.
