I would be very surprised if a ReRAM module has been produced in silicon by DB Hitek at this early date, because quite a few months elapsed at Leti, SkyWater and Global Foundries between their respective tape-outs and availability of the SoC in silicon. Having said that, it is very encouraging if Weebit has been doing work with customers of DBH on their chip designs to advance the designs of those customers prior to qualification at DBH.
