I know you are a strong advocate however I do not agree it is a level playing field. The fact short sellers lost a significant amount in 2023 does not lead to the conclusion it is a level playing field.
There are numerous examples of misinformation, lack of transparency, ability to trade in singe shares, speed of transaction etc that lead me to the conclusion it is not a level playing field for the retail investor.
