Interesting....
They also seem to be using it for all the 2nm & 3nm nodes, Intel is using it to replace copper for 1nm...as is IBM.... so it appears Ruthenium will be in high demand soon, obviously the weight is miniscule, but could be good to invest in a Ruthenium mine
