Price of Ruthenium is currently ~US$470/oz, Hafnium ~$125/oz, Iridium ~US$4650/oz (so Ir is roughly twice the value of gold).
I don't know whether these costs are significant for ReRAM chip manufacture, would depend on how much rare metal gets used. But Hafnium is the cheapest of the 3, so WBT ReRAM will have another cost advantage there.
