Hi all. Your resident stress head here. So for those who haven’t read my worried posts before, I’m the idiot who put my life savings in to Weebit back in March at about $8 (or just under). Many times when I’ve suggested or asked things, I’ve been told to stop watching the share price etc, however that’s not so easy when you’re currently sitting at around half of your investment. I genuinely don’t understand how an incredible company could have had their share price halved AFTER multiple incredible announcements, qualification and clear endorsement from multiple companies. I’ll quit my whingeing about shorters, as even though I think it’s immoral, I do understand it helps with liquidity and for those topping up. It worried me seeing the feedback today from a prospective investor who decided this company is not worth his investment, and it made me think how could it not be worth it when I invested at near double what the SP is now. So realistically, do we think we’ll see the share price back over the 8s here? My reason for asking is whether it’s worth investing in something else until we start getting more favourable news (and less interest from shorters!). Not intended as a whinge and I know there’s an element of “how long is a piece of string” but when you’ve invested your entire life savings (yes I’m an idiot) in something that promptly halved in value, I spend a lot of nights worrying.
