I agree shorters will continue as long as some holders are convinced to sell. I won't be amongst them. I am still well in the green and I know that better times are ahead.
There will be reason for the share price to increase when there are signings of additional major fabs and iDMs. Every one comes with a plethora of likely very large customers. Signing of every one of those represents future large amounts of money in the bank. The share price increase won't wait for that money to be banked IMO.
Delivery at a profitable cost is a no brainer. Sales are of IP. Cost of production is close to zero.
