seems to be a very similar agreement to the one struck between UMC and Infineon back in March 2023 incorporating the Aurix TC3x 40nm envm process Infineon is pushing across 'mission critical' automotive applications
Great money spinner for GF - seems they liked what they saw on the UMC / Infineon 'agreement' and didn't want to miss an opportunity
