It will never happen. The Nazis discovered a way to tap into it and put a drain into a holding dimension to accumulate enough to power everything they needed to complete their plans for world domination but the factory with the machinery and all the research was bombed and the control was lost. The energy has continued to drain away into that dimension that has been lost and will never be recovered. We are all rooned.
