To be honest, the only reason it would be worthwhile for a company to move overseas is if they need to raise more capital. There are many large ASX listed companies which have grown very large despite being on the ASX, and they never seem to pack up and move to the USA. In this day and age it is easy for large overseas investors to still access the ASX, so when the time comes I have no doubt that the share price will accurately reflect the true value of this company. If they don't need to raise capital though, it's just an unnecessarily expensive process which is often inconvenient for investors and can have negative tax implications. Perhaps it may take longer for this company to be appreciated on the ASX, but when the cash is flowing in it will be impossible for the market to ignore, as the hard numbers don't lie.
