Raise capital, or just simply harness strong shareholder support for an emerging tech company addressing a huge, global market. Just look at BRN - they got to a market cap of nearly $4 billion on the back of a customer agreement (Mercedes ?). I don't know the details, but it appeared their Akida chip 1.0 didn't perform as well as first anticipated. On the other hand, WBT's ReRam seems to be meeting all its milestones, full qualification at normal and auto temperatures etc, and signing agreements with multiple foundries. At some point soon, the market must wake up to WBT's solid progress so far, and future potential.
