Obviously he has staff that keep him informed. Maybe he see the need to up date shareholders 'face to face' Also remember Coby has the knack (my opinion) in speech where one can/maybe read between the lines.
Again -how many promises/statements has he made that have not been met- (within Coby's control). Anyone 'wanting' him to make announcements does not know/understand market regulations/rules.
