I respectfully disagree on this one.
Yes, Coby is bound by ASX disclosure rules. however, he is not bound by speculation - clearly there were no commercial deals signed! if there were, yes he would need to disclose and announce - there were no announcements! It was just commentary based on expected signings. Clearly WBT had not conducted appropriate due diligence on Skywater on this occassion.
