Hi PhantomGWW , Loyalty shares most certainly can be issued by the company - a plethora of company announcements through out the ASX listed companys with the issuing of loyalty shares .
A quick google search will highlight all the loyalty proposals
It was put to Coby at the shareholders meeting last week - weather he decides to pursue will be of interest
As i said previously may not be in the best interest of insiders if they are lending out their shares , for mine even more reason to issue the loyalty shares
