    I did see your response, but ignored it because it didn't address my concerns.

    I do understand the difference between and embedded and discrete. Embedded is niche, discrete is where the major market ($'s) is.

    My earlier post, and the announcements going back 4-5 years, clearly show that discrete was the market that was being chased. Embedded was a pivot, I assume because discrete and selector was proving too difficult to develop, (possibly why other ReRam competitors have dropped by the wayside - the problem is just too hard).

    I am happy with embedded if it can be pulled off, and accept that 1MB is adequate for that niche.

    But if we really want the dream of replacing flash, and also cashing in on the AI market (server and edge) 1MB just won't cut it.

    My concern remains that the big market is disappearing over the horizon. The reference to the (small) memory size is only one indicator, among many, generating my concerns.

    Saying we can get the embedded market with the memory we have is not a satisfactory answer to my fear that ReRam may never scale to capture the discrete market. I want first prize, not second. And I want it now.
