also check out Hefei Reliance Memory (Gigadevice/Rambus), competitors in the Chinese market place... bit hard to find reliable info, but they're in production it seems, not sure which foundry they're using.
Its definetely a big enough field for competition, once proven, almost all flash could be replaced by ReRAM in the long run, lots of opportunity.
I'm guessing they'll stick with the Chinese/Taiwanese foundries, while Coby will be concentrating on the Western side.
