Since onsemi's Treo platform is 65nm, it might be reasonable to assume that any early production orders that require memory are likely to use Flash. Once Weebit's ReRAM is qualified at 65nm on Treo, customer orders should pour in, bringing revenue to Weebit. Why? because of all the advantages of ReRAM over flash memory: speed, endurance, security, high temperatures, lower cost.
