Yes, we simply dont know the reasons for decisions, and there will be a time in the future when we say "ah i see".
I expect that will come from several different announcements related to different projects in the coming year. At that time many people will forget about or be unaware of the current CR, and so may not make the connection. But in fact, many of the coming announcements will depend on the current CR.
And when people (downrampers) say "why dont they tell us now?", well, while they have outlined the general reasons, they won't announce specifics until specifics have been decided, agreed, contracted. Obviously! (The word "dah" comes to mind)
All will be clear in time, and a lot of it will likely blow the market away.
