Whilst I agree with holidays etc, Join the dots, SP was at 2.46 a mere 10 -20c off 300mc.
Company goes into a trading halt.
Resolution 4 clearly shows a 10% raise, not including 7.1 IF the company is under 300mc.
They moved IMMEDIATELY to implement a CR, at “someone’s” request due to the retailer interest. Trading Halt! We/Someone can not let this go to 300mc
The CR was heavily discounted. A day later a SPP announcement, 15%. yet telling us 3m.
Its underhanded behaviour and has been and should be reported to ASIC.
The timing was beautiful for the company to acquire more funds.
