I am a LTH of BRN. We went through the same issues, when we had our pump and dump period. Afterwards for several months we had a lot of unsavory characters making the threads dumpster fires and trying to post a lot of meaningless comments to drown out the comments of the sophisticated and intelligent posters.

It is annoying, but the best to take it in your stride and understand that these posters are annoyed that they were not able to make a million overnight / are in the red, and are taking their frustrations on everyone around them as they are not sophisticated or intelligent enough to see the bigger picture.

A credit raise in a tech-start up business is par for the course. Can't R&D and commercialize on the smell of an oily rag, and therefore CR's are required. People should be thankful they get to participate - a recent study by AFR showed that 68% of the CRs this year have gone only to insto's and even then the ones that go to retail have seen majority miss out (they also provided good reasons for this, but that's another story in itself). Therefore, the board have been very, very generous to permit retail to get on board.

As to whether the price was too low, perhaps - but it is what it is, and acting like a child will not change anything. Moreso, if you are a long term holder I have no idea why it would bother you in the slightest, particularly if you can pick up shares at $1.70.

All in all, I understand the frustrations that come with the "downrampers etc" but impossible to do anything about it - best I guess to wait until they get bored and take their hissy fits elsewhere!
