I'm no expert on either technologies ( got a bit of an idea of WBT's- but not much about QD's) but they don't seem to overlap, and both would be covered by their respective patients ( & WBT's are exclusive).
So unless you are aware of anything specific, then I don't see any obvious issue.
Different products different markets. Both benefit from his expertise, they don't seem to be competing against each other.
I guess it's possible some product could be produced by combining the technologies, but I've never looked into it nor read anything about that. But if so then more likely to merge I suppose.
