WBT has had lengthy discussions with the ASX about these types of announcements and for whatever reason the ASX needs a higher level of price sensitivity before allowing it, unlike their very casual attitude towards junior miner announcements. WBT is doing everything they can to communicate with and update the markets when necessary. This subject has been done to death and should not be a focus of discussion any longer imho.
Needless to say this is a positive announcement and will help grease the wheel for many more customers to become aware of and implement our NVM etc.
