I have watched the video and it ignores the elephant in the room being Rice Uni agreement

WBT doesn't own its IP. Rather, it licences the IP from Rice
University, and is required to pay to Rice both:

    1) a 1.5% royalty; and
    2) 25% of any consideration WBT receives from (sub)-licensing the technology

Importantly, Rice may terminate the licence with WBT (or make it
non-exclusive) at any time after 4 years from the execution date
(which appears to be March 2015) if Rice determines that “progress
reports do not demonstrate effective achievement of the
commercialisation of the licensed products”. Licence also references
the requirement for WBT or sub-licensee to make a “first commercial
sale” of a licensed product on before 1 July 2019.

Hence, significant value leakage (via payments back to Rice
University) and risk to WBT holders - if commercialisation timeframe
in the agreement with Rice University isn't met.

In addition the author of the article hasnt done his research - they have been listed for two years sure - but the patents date back to 2009 so they have been working on it for almost 10 years.
