Elderly BOD? you mean one of the most credentialed and experienced BOD to get the job done. this is where you need experience, not some new MBA grad/ Mgt consultant who knows nothing but theory and never delivered in the real world. Dadi has clearly proved himself at the absolute top. what do you think drove him to get to the top of Intel? That's his mindset, these people don't do retirement. he will unlock many doors.
no clear direction from the company? there's a plan to commercialisation and acceleration of the neuromorphic research. as we get closer to commercialisation, they've hired a sales director.
I get the impression you don't understand early stage businesses, let alone game changer tech. I don't think many CFO's could accurately forecast revenue here...so why would they risk weakening any commercial negotiating position. there is always lots of uncertainty in these businesses....that's why the risk/reward is so high.
we ain't seen anything? check out the product and mgt have delivered on all key milestones. you can debate whether the most recent delay is covid or not but I have no reason to doubt the management team.
