Yes I still trust Duncan - my only query was that the the cheap shares were not offered to us first - I don't know the reasons for this - but have no reason to suspect anything dodgy or incompetent - perhaps it was a matter of necessary expediency - or perhaps it was impractical to implement...
It's a good announcement - I'm glad to hear that Nyngan is underway...
If Duncan doesn't inform us on every every move he makes - it's because he doesn't show his hand - he's shrewd / cautious / wiley - or as Duncan would put it - "it may not be in the best interests of shareholders to disclose this information" (to the other parties that JRV are negotiating with...)
