Dunno how familiar posters are with R&D but setting up French subsidiary gearing for large spends to commercialise this technology shows things are getting serious.
Why set up French Company before 40nm results? This thing is going to get a big partner (Samsung etc) in industrialisation phase then it's game on for Billion dollar market cap
Such a shame Aussie investors don't understand
