An interesting anecdote - not a cross-promotion. I hold BUD. An RTO, it traded for most of 2016 at single digit prices before taking off following multiple announcements of FA deals. They recently did a $25 million CR to Insto's/SI's. At the follow-up shareholder webinar, there was a question as to why shareholders didn't get a bite at the cherry. The CEO's response? Shareholders have had ample opportunity to buy at prices well below the CR.
I see similarities with WBT. Investors have been kept very much abreast of developments, particularly the impending 40nm announcement, even forewarning the recent CR, almost unheard of on the ASX, especially in the micro-cap space.
Given they have hit every milestone since RTO, you really only have yourself to blame if you don't act on this information.
