Even with your warning bells and any dilution you are referring to. Once this announcement is made no matter what. When we enter this market, they can dilute as much as they so called want to. The share price will be so high imo. It will not matter.
After all the research and facts people have put here for all to see. Good Luck to everyone in how they feel in weeks to come with whatever they do.
