There is nothing to see here. If they had a rig to drill by August 2023 (which is really pushing the envelope) they would have announced it by now. Gents....Feb 2024 the contracts reverts to the DOE. Now....how the heck can you get that extended if you failed in every announcement you made? There is only one way to fix that (actually maybe two).... get rid of the contract and reassign or have someone at the DOE you are sorting out that can sort it out for you. In any case, what happened to the drillship of over a year ago? And the Blue Sky FOA? Wait for the announcement that SGC cannot do it. And wait for their way out of it. One thing is for sure.....they will have competition for the service contract. And they will lose guaranteed.
