At worst Forseen I see a new offer of options to current holders which has some how already been under-written in principal by a player who is/are prepared to in effect do a J/V. There is something being held back and it is going to be very interesting to hear how the spin doctors explain it all. The new option issue would/should intern propel the value of the fully paids IMO and give the J/V partner more time to fully evaluate the Golden Eagle Field. It would also give the underwriter in effect a option to control their their eventual or full take over price for GDN. I think it will be explained as it was always subject to the RPS Energy report.
