Anybody feel like the XJO is always going to be limited by people having most of their income tied up with their mortgage repayments thus reducing the demand for consumer goods and services throughout Australia? It just does not make sense to me..... Houses are unproductive assets after they are built. Dow Jones hitting ATH's and we just can't break that 7000 for good..
