re BBG it seems to love to fill gaps. The one at 9.36 would be a higher high although I'm not sure if the last HL at 8.93 is textbook, and this latest resitance would seem to be the underside of the 61.8 retrace from the 2008 high to 09 low which it has teetered on previously. So a few positives there.
