Re Sharon Wright you refer to of Integra Asset Mgmt, is supposedly perth based. The WA property scene is very tight and key people all know each other. I know guys on this circuit like the boys at Primewest - flicked out a few SMS - same reply all round - Sharon Who? This whole thing lacks credibility and if you try (most won't) and be objective you would be unsettled, nevertheless seems that people grasping for cred by pointing to MW's involvement rather than scrutinising the transaction itself that - as you say: too good to be true.
