I have been following UGC CTL and more recently UCTL for some time and several companies are well advanced with this technology,(LNC,CNX Etc)
Recently I contacted a reliable technical source re " can you not take CSM from the coal and then go back later and do UGC etc? Reply I got was the opposite to what I expected.. I.E. You can do UGC and then go back and get the residual CSM!
So both processes need drill holes into the same area so surely there would be synergies to make the whole process efficient?? Wouldn'T there??
I can only see a win win situation here but of course we need to confirm JORC reserves before we all get carried awat..
