I own both SIR and NUP, one is on steriods and the other needs a poke to see if its alive..LOL not hard to figure out which is which.

On paper NUP is a sitting duck in terms of value, just nobody looking ATM, surely smart money would see this as an oppotunity to pick up a good asset for a song as NUP is currently selling for a song, cant figure this one out
