This courtesy of Sevo on the MAK thread. It also relates to NUP and their plans for DSO. Will bring a lot of attention to phosphate p0lays in Oz, especially super undervalued ones like NUP.

'Anybody else noted that Legend is floating as Paradise phosphate.
Aims to raise $20M at 50 cents per share.

Will make MAK look good value.

They anticipate having a market cap of $85M. Legend will hold 58.8%.
Still looking at DSO.

Looks like they have an MOU with Ballance, NZ. MAK where supposed to get this!

In a nut shell these guys plan to do what MAK intended with their DSO study. Must have more favourable strip ratios?
