    Yep, once again technicals get in the way of fundamentals for Russ.

    $2 would be a complete bargain to get $1 EPS - which is the consensus from 6 brokers. Some even go out on a limb and suggest $1.35.

    At $2, with 25c EPS, PEM would be paying 12% divvies in FY07-08.

    Trust me, Russ, there's NO WAY zinc is going below US$2,400/t for very long.
