Looking at the cash "flow" and cash "on hand" I'd say you are correct. Their cupboard is beginning to look bare again.

These guys have known since Feb and even before that a lower capex start up concentrating on just one reef was one of the models to work on and develop...

To use that as an excuse right now for a further delay is purely a RUSE to hide the real reasons.

Telling "hangers on" that BFS was imminent was just another ruse to stop the money pulling out of the company.

NKP management is behaving like a desperate guy trying to flog a second hand car.

He's had only one caller, and one offer... He's holding out for a better offer so he tells the caller he has another buyer coming tomorrow to look at it.

This is a poker move, hoping that the one caller he does have decides to stump up some extra dough for fear of missing out to the next buyer.

IMO that's what's going on here.
