These ACCC changes should be outlawed because you can avoid much of the extra cost by proving to the CFD provider that you have a large bank balance and/or income.
Imagine the furor if you went to Woolies and when you got to the checkout and ask: "How much?" they say: "That depends on how much money you have in the bank and on your tax return?"
I always understood as a service provider it is illegal to discriminate against your customers based on how much money they have or earn.![]()
