    Note that the Directors have not impaired any of CMV's assets (neither the physical or intangible assets).

    Big call not doing so, but makes company balance sheet look better. Reality of whether they could sell the CMV assets for what they are on the books today is another matter.

    Be careful of relying on this NTA... however it would appear that Scholz doesn't mind paying !!
