Not sure why everyone is pointing the blame on management and Max, he has some serious experience as a geo with some big names . So cool the jets, in the current environment the market wants news and the next thing....... otherwise the powers to be (e.g. instos, sophs) move their money onto the next shiny thing and come back when there is some news.
It doesn't take much to move the SP in either direction, the fact that the volume is so low tells me, someone wants the price low to scare retail and buy lower in anticipation of the news which should drop imminently and will make a decent profit. Check the volume and trades:
