Thank you Massey & Blokes for your informative posts.
Good to see that most of the Isonea baggers have disappeared or taken a back seat.
If everything is on track, this week should see build a base from 14.5-16 and move into the low to mid 20's which should give the oppies a range of 5 - 10.
I would then expect a capital raising (hopefully closer to 20 cents) to raise approx $4 million. They can place a further 20 million shares without going to shareholders.
This extra money will allow them to do whatever required over the next 8 months to meet the Australian & U.S. launch. Rather have the money needed than be scrapping the bottom of the barrel to cover your manufacturing & launch costs.
It would be nice to know what the current costings are for Airsonea Wheeze Monitor for the Australian product launch & the quantity that will be manufactured prior to launch. Surely, you don't approach a product launch with having manufactured only 200 monitors. As mentioned in the latest Isonea Monitor "launch of device will be a critical turning point for the company" !
Are we dealing with 10,000 units @ $50 cost i.e. $ 500,000
or 30,000 units @ $40 cost i.e. $ 1.2 mill ? Management must have an idea of estimated take-up. What is the manufacturing time if sales go spastic ? 2 weeks or 6 weeks ? What is the estimated gross profit margin per monitor ? The answers to these questions will in turn tell us when the company will be cash flow positive. I believe that the market will be surprised by the take-up and that unlike many comparable U.S. companies Isonea will be cash flow positive by mid 2014. Where will the company be capped at then ? If the company manages to achieve more of a U.S. company complexion which could easily happen after a successful U'S. launch, a market capp above $ 1 bill is not out of the question. That would equate to over $4 - mind boggling !!.
Lets not get carried away just yet but it will not take long to see the results of the FANTASTIC HARD WORK by the Board for the past 18 months.
We are at very early stages with potentially much upside from here. When sellers of stock at lower levels start asking themselves & regretting why they sold out, we should see this stock at much higher levels.
An additonal bonus would be, if some of the parties to participate in any placement would be majors (communication cos etc. or high net worth individuals associates of Bruce M).
That would be an amazing vote of confidence.
I doubt that the company would have to rely on Pattos
client base to put away a placement. I'm sure that Bruce & associates would be happy to commit further funds. Investors are always happier to be averaging UP than down.
