No sure why you think the deposit is the lynch pin in this deal. Send an email to the REX/Heritage representatives and I'm sure you will have it confirmed that the deposit will be settled by the stated date (15 July).
While you are at it I suggest you get a detailed update on how they are tracking on raising capital for their intended acquisitions. Biased maybe, but their confidence may encourage you to invest in their feeder fund pre-IPO (w bonus issue). Or you might be tempted to gain additional exposure at a serious discount through RNC.
If the historic and forecast yields from REX are realistic it is a mystery what Run mgmt have been doing for the past 5 years.
