The amount of people tested positive, for corona virus, is only relevant when there are accurate figures on how sick they get.
Reports in USA, UK, EUROPE that the young are not taking the issue seriously, alludes to only minor illness in that cohort.
As to SPI200, I would not be surprised if it is a slow staircase from here.
Very few will be keen to go long, with recent memories of 10% swings.
