    To put it in very, very simple terms ....

    Relationship Bankers are likely to be quite familer with the borrower and credit history etc...

    A Work-out team might be brought in to bring a fresh approach to finaciallly troubled borrowers.... e.g. experience in things like bankruptcy etc
