IF you are looking to use your PC song library on the speakers with the iPad as the controller (interface) then I suggest perhaps downloading the 'remote' app.
Its free, so once you set up PC Itunes and wireless network, you can access songs and stream them via your ipad to your speakers while using the ipad to change song or album etc.
