I came across that Million Dollar Traders series about a year ago. Was fascinating watching them all go through the roller-coaster ride of emotions, dealing with successes, failures and the frequent paralysis / indecision of hitting the buy or sell button. Could sooooo relate to it! Loved the part where the oldest guy in the group (a retired engineer I think), was busy in the kitchen eating his breakfast, when the market opened on one of their first days of live trading. Classic! He got a bollocking for that!! From memory, he was one of the first to drop out. Funny that. Also interesting to note how void of emotion the guy who set it all up and the "minder" of the group both were, all the way through. Therein lies the message!

Anyway, yep it's 3 hours long but definitely worth finding the time to watch. :-)
